6. Computer Repair and Technical Services
Customers requesting computer repair acknowledge that:

• Diagnostics may reveal additional issues not visible during initial inspection.

• Repair estimates may change when previously unidentified problems are discovered.

• ALION will seek required authorization before performing additional chargeable work.

• Customers should back up important data before submitting a device.

• Certain repairs or troubleshooting procedures may involve a risk of data loss or device malfunction.

• Pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, liquid damage, and prior unsuccessful repairs may affect repair outcomes.

ALION will exercise reasonable care when handling customer devices and information.
Customers must provide accurate information about known device issues and disclose relevant conditions that could affect safe servicing.
Specific diagnostic fees, repair warranties, parts policies, pickup requirements, and abandoned-device procedures will be provided separately when applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Digital Marketing Services
Marketing performance depends on factors beyond ALION's control, including competition, advertising platforms, customer participation, market conditions, and search-engine changes.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, ALION does not promise particular rankings, leads, sales, or financial outcomes.
Customers are responsible for approving advertising content and providing accurate information about their businesses, products, and services.

8. Website Development, Business Systems, and Automation
Custom websites, software applications, CRM systems, and automation workflows are governed by their respective project scopes and written agreements.
Third-party platforms may impose their own terms, subscriptions, usage limits, and technical restrictions.
ALION will disclose known material third-party dependencies during project planning where reasonably practical.
AI-assisted systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Customers should use appropriate human review for consequential business decisions.
Ownership, licensing, hosting, maintenance, security responsibilities, and access to project materials will be defined in applicable agreements.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program Name and Description

ALION Endeavors LLC provides an optional business text messaging program for customer inquiries, appointments, computer repair updates, estimates, project coordination, and related service communications.

Consent
